- By signing the contract or providing approval through our official email, the client agrees to receive a call from one of our customer service representatives to confirm or amend the advertisement details when necessary.
- The client acknowledges that all information and materials provided for the advertisement are legally owned or duly authorized for use, and that they do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- The contract may be cancelled within four (4) days from the date of signing, with 50% of the contract value to be charged as a cancellation fee.
- The client is required to provide us with the advertisement design or the company’s information necessary for preparing the design within six (6) days from the date of participation.
- All advertisement content must comply with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
- Our organization reserves the right to refuse the publication of any advertisement that violates the magazine’s policies or the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
